(St. Luke’s) needs to continually improve to remain viable. In the last two
years, they have been able to make significant improvements in key revenue cycle metrics, increase physician satisfaction, improve Health Information
Management (HIM) efficiency and generate a rapid return on investment by implementing eWebHIM^TM, eWebHealth’s legal electronic health record
application to extend their Meditech clinical electronic health record investment. As a result:

• DNFB decreased 22%
• HIM productivity increased 45%
• Chart delinquency dropped 65%
